THE LIVING ROOM with Gerry Bonds is a monthly, half-hour interview discussion program. We reach public radio listeners in Oklahoma, southern Kansas, southwestern Missouri and northwestern Arkansas.
Our program began in September 2011 and can be heard on KOSU radio 91.7 and 107.5 FM on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Central Time. Our program also airs on KCNP radio, a community service radio station of the Chickasaw Nation.

Gerry Bonds, an EMMY-winning broadcast journalist, was inducted into the Oklahoma Journalism Hall of Fame in 2008. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in English/Education from City University of New York and a Master's Degree in English/Education from Western Connecticut State University.
Bonds began her television career as a news anchor with WTNH-TV in New Haven, Connecticut. While there, she received 14 state and national awards for her segments featuring children seeking permanent adoption.
Bonds moved to Oklahoma City in 1984 and served as primetime news anchor for KOCO-TV for nine years.
In 1996, Bonds joined the Oklahoma Educational Television Authority as co-anchor of the nightly, statewide newscast. She also began hosting the weekly interview program, OKC Metro. She has four EMMY nominations from the Heartland Chapter of the National Association of Television Arts and Sciences and was honored with an EMMY as host of OKC Metro in 2010.
Bonds established The Gerry Bonds Company in 2011, offering media and leadership training and coaching as well as audio, video, public affairs and broadcasting services.
